I am often asked the question “How do I search my family tree?”
Have you thought about doing your own research?
Are you unsure about how and where to start?
With so much material on- line, it is easy to lose one’s way and find yourself researching the wrong family.
I am an experienced researcher with ready access to many different resources, including several subscription websites. It is likely that I can achieve research results for you more quickly and at a lower cost.
However, I understand that, for some people, doing their own research is an important aspect of their family history journey. I understand that because 25 years ago, I felt the same way.
I relished the challenge and, as you are reading this page, I think you will as well!
I deliver an Introduction to Researching your Family Tree half day learning session in the Wiltshire area. This can be followed by bespoke sessions on more specialised areas.
The maximum in any session is 12 people, but I also teach much smaller groups as well as individuals. Whatever style of learning suits you.
But if you are keen to make a start, why not download my e-book on Preparing to Research your Family Tree. I just ask for a donation of £1 to my nominated charity.
In no time at all, you can be researching like a professional!
